Shipping within India
We ship across India to serviceable locations as per the operational guidelines of our delivery partners. Deliveries are carried out based on regional service availability, and our team works to dispatch orders from our warehouse in a timely manner.
International shipping
International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at hello@minervabyanjali.com before placing an international order so we can confirm serviceability, timelines, and any additional charges.
How we ship
We use third-party courier partners to deliver our orders. Your orders are packed carefully and shipped with a shipping label. Once your order has been picked up by our delivery partners, you will receive tracking details by email and/or SMS where available. You can also track your order from your account using your order number.
Shipping timelines
We try to send shipments out as soon as possible. In most cases:
- 1–2 business days for order fulfillment (stock items)
- Personalized / made-to-order items may require 2–3 additional business days for production before dispatch
- 5–7 business days for delivery after dispatch for most serviceable pin codes in India
We work with reputed delivery partners, so delivery often happens earlier than the 5–7 working days, depending on your location. Metro cities tend to take less time; more remote locations may take longer. Sometimes delivery will take longer due to remote pin codes, courier capacity, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather - we will follow up if such a delay takes place.
Shipping of products
Orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment location in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified at checkout. Please ensure the name, address, PIN code, and mobile number are complete and accurate.
Shipping charges
- Standard shipping is charged at checkout when applicable (currently ₹49 for eligible orders).
- Orders with a merchandise subtotal of ₹399 or more typically qualify for free standard shipping within India (promotions and exclusions may apply; the checkout page always shows the final charge).
- Bulk, corporate, or special delivery requests may have different shipping terms - contact us for a quote.
Unavailability on delivery
Our delivery partners typically attempt contact before marking a delivery as failed. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address including PIN code and a reachable mobile number. This helps us arrange a faster delivery. Repeated failed attempts or refusal of the package may result in the order being returned to us without a refund, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Festive & peak seasons
During festivals (including Rakhi and other peak gifting periods), cut-off dates and delivery estimates may change. Any applicable cut-offs will be shown on the site announcement bar or product pages. We recommend ordering early for time-sensitive celebrations.
